What you think will greatly affect your nervous system on the other end. Well, this is a fact that most people can try to argue against but it remains a fact. Well, when you experience the negative thoughts, they will stimulate several reactions in your body.for instance the body will engage a flight or fight mechanism. This will also have its negative side and also positive side of thoughts influence nerves.

For normal human being, a day will include millions of thoughts. Well, with this being the case, it is quite clear that there are many loopholes when it comes to them affecting the way your body functions. For instance, these feelings may trigger your heartbeat or even cause ulcers.

Are you experiencing the self-talk? Well, this is a question that you should ask yourself more often. And if you do not know of how this works, then its appropriate that you remain keen. Self-talk will be the kind go personal talk that you will have when you experience some threat. This way, you will react to it even before you actually act physically. This pushes the Adrenalin in the body. And as a result, the Adrenalin will affect the digestive system.

Did you know that the individuals that possess a poor emotional health will also experience poor immune system? This may be greatly opposed by persons who do not know of the way the human body works. To start with, research has shown that when you do experience feelings, there may be a chance that this will lead to abuse of alcohol and tobacco. If this is not managed, then there will be the after effects that will include liver problems and also lung cancer. It is then high priority to make sure that you do manage the way you think.

If you are experiencing negative feelings, then you will sure experience stress. Stress is one common problem that most people will experience. This is a problem that these people will not know of how it came about. Well, the negative feelings will greatly cause depressions or anger on the other side. If this happens, the body will be tasked with absorbing the pressure. And if it is not able to, then other secondary effects will start to follow through.

Did you know that the negative feelings will directly affect the life span of an individual? Well, the DNA strands called telomeres are reduced when one experiences stress leading to hormonal imbalance. Well, these will directly reduce the life span.

Anxiety can be intergenerational. Well, this can be argued out. However, it is quick mathematics that if the parents did have the anxiety gene in them, then it will certainly be passed on to the children. This means that the children will be treated to suppress the gene. If not the case, then they will experience anxiety issues.

Thoughts will greatly influence the way the body functions and so, it is wise to remain calm and manage our thoughts. This will include entertaining the positive thoughts more that the negative thoughts.
