It is an urge that there should be no snacking after dinner and that the kitchen is closed pretty good times before retiring to bed. Snacks raise the blood sugar levels and hinder a peaceful nap.

To naturally fall asleep is most advisable and best for everyone. This is, nonetheless, not followed by most individuals as they would like to fast fall asleep.
