Choosing a coach should be undertaken with circumspect. It would be very unreasonable to expect a coach to perform miracles and to produce answers and solutions. That is not what their role is. These critics say that coaches, especially those that use use Christianity as their approach are simply not qualified to help anybody. They lack the training and experience necessary to guide people spiritually.

It is certainly difficult for devout Christians to be successful in this modern world. They use coaches because they not only want to succeed in their careers, but they also want to grow in a spiritual manner. Their coaches are like guides to them and they benefit from the continuous encouragement that the coach provides.
