Third, you have to take your office assignments seriously too. They may be less exciting in nature but then, they are important to the operations of the hospital that you are operating. If you will put that in your mind, then you will put in the same effort in here and that will help you in keeping your life for a very long time.

You need to avoid getting bored during events that will require your service. Yes, sitting for a very long time is not your cup of tea but then, there is nothing that you can basically do. You simply have to wait for an accident to happen and attend to the person involved using your excellent skills.

You would need to watch the people who would be there at the event. That is because you are basically a lifeguard at this point in your life. Thus, be aware of someone shouting for help since that would be your sign to be in action. You would really have to focus in here no matter what happens.

If you have to turn into a trainer for a day, then commit to that. Be reminded that you will serve as the introduction of the newbies in front of you. If you will not welcome them with open arms, then they will start to doubt their capabilities and that will not be helpful to the entire team when they get into the field.

You would need to be ready to be placed in different outlets. This is how your flexibility would be tested. Actually, you would have to go through the same routine. The only difference is that you would be meeting different people and their injuries can vary depending on what they would do in that event.

Overall, you just need to be the best that you can be out there. If you need additional supplies, then you would have to call for back up. In that way, you be able to stay in the event.
