This is the actual mission of the spiritual leaders; bringing as many souls to Christ as possible.
It seems clear that most leaders have forgotten even the simplest definition of church. They do this in a simple way, offering prophetic prayers in exchange for a prophetic offering.

If leaders can motivate people, the Body of Christ can grow big. It will expand in a huge manner. Motivation will lead to making a place of worship healthy and a center of refuse of all nation of the earth.

They are always looking for ways through which they can become closer to Christ and understand the word of God in a deeper way.
