Emotional Intelligence is how you acknowledge and deal with your emotions as well as how you deal with others. This intelligence should be taught at a young age, so children could go knowing what to do when they encounter anxiety and other emotional issues. Unfortunately before, even until now, education is focusing more of logical thinking and scientific factors and structures, which is the reason why more and more people are growing up having problems in dealing even with their own basic emotions. What is the reason why this intelligence is not part of the school basin curriculum. It is because most people do not think that its at all important, after all it is not something that is easily comprehended and understood. In fact nobody is ever born with it, everyone needs a good amount of time to actually learn it.

Take for example, a bully in school, he or she is usually feared, a lot of children sees them as monsters to be avoided rather than a human being to understand. Though the way they treat others cannot be justified, because it is wrong to hurt another whether in a physical or emotional aspect.

However, have you ever thought about why they are always so angry and unsatisfied, why it seems like they gain pleasure in others pain. When you start to learn about this intelligence you are taught about how anger can be cover for sadness, how happiness can be sorrow, and how some things may not be what they seem to be.

Often times when has no control over their emotions, if one is faced with a difficult situation. Ones decision could easily be overcome by their own emotions, which does not only place them in a much difficult spot but could also affect the ones surrounding you.

But the problem is, not being able to learn about this intelligence as early as possible makes it difficult for one to see if the person is covering what they truly feel. All this structure education made people think that logic and scientific resolve is everything. But that truth is, its only a small portion to get one through hard situations.

Not only does it encourage, their employees to work well together, but also provide them with the essentials to work at their best. There is also lesser probability of any sudden outburst of emotions or arguments between two fellow co workers. So there is less misunderstanding and a much healthier working environment.

When you think about the expenses of promoting this emotional intelligence in the work place maybe one should try to consider the possibility of positive outcomes in having employees whom has control over their emotion and understanding of co employees emotions and actions.

You get to understand others and that is beneficial not just for socializing with different individuals but of also getting along with them. For company promoting emotional intelligence and encouraging them to keep track of their emotions can create a better working environment, which is beneficial for everyone in the company. Imagine not having to resolve misunderstanding and miscommunication between two employees who need to work together, and be able to work at their best.
