Many people today face numerous challenges in life. This is because life is basically challenging and stressing. Many people find it challenging to handle these life challenges. This is because to be able to life a whole life, you have to strike a balance between your personal life and the pressing issues around you. If unable to strike this balance, chances are that you Will overload yourself with tons of negative energy that may end up impacting you in the wrong way. You can however, be able to overcome this negative energy through consistent Lojong meditation.

The fact is that meditating can help you live a balanced life. Many are the time people do crazy things without realizing. This is because of not being able to draw a line between their negative feelings and who they are. They allow the negative feeling dictate who they are and how they behave towards different situations in life. Meditating can help you control your feelings and be realistic in your reactions.

Meditating also enhances self acceptance. When you meditate, you become more aware of yourself, and you are able to control your thoughts. An important part of meditating involves noticing your thoughts without judging the thoughts. This helps you develop a unique perspective on your internal dialogue, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

Meditating also enhances self confidence. Self confidence is built from stories that you have heard about yourself. When you learn to accept yourself, it becomes easy to be confident about yourself and thus enhance your self esteem. You no longer ignore negative thoughts, but you are willing to handle them and take some time to ensure that they are out of your mind.

The fact is that you can never relate with other people well if you are not able to relate with yourself in the right way. In case you carry bitterness and pain in your heart, you cannot make a good friend to others.

Although you can experience aches due to other factors not related to energy build up at times, you may need to release some of the energy to bring back your own energy. Bringing back your real energy can also help you bring back your focus.

Finally, you may not be sober if you find you do not want the things you love. This energy brings lack of motivation. It sucks up your positive energy leaving you with no strength to do those things that you should do.
