Have you ever seen them? They are so beautiful and honestly really old that you sometimes get really scared upon entering them. Because you are either going to be haunted with all the ghosts that previously inhabited it or die because it is all going to crash down on you. Though we cannot really say that we have been big fans on the architecture itself. We more likely will gravitate towards all the history and story that comes from it. About who made the whole thing and what transpired behind it. Was there a war or a conflict that happened in between the building?
To have that still be standing even after all these years is something short of magic if you ask us. What did they even use to make them look like that? To stick them together to make an arch that would serve as the dome or ceiling? Is it magic or maybe it just was the talent and innovation of man even from a time when technology barely existed?
Not to say that it did not really exist at the time but you got to admit that they are not really as impressive compared to the technology we have now. Especially when we use it almost all the time to get us from day to day. And then use it for luxury and leisure and pleasure.
And then it also has to have a basement that could go on for miles. If that house had been real, you can bet that it has already violated so many codes and rules and not to mention killed anyone who even walked closely. It seriously is a hazard to be next to. And then to learn that the reason it still stood was because of some shady cultic thing that the owner tried to play with.
When things go back to olden days and we are left with something that we cannot handle anymore? Do we go back to the way things were just as easily as that? No of course not. That is not as easy as we make it out to be.
This thing we have right now, this abundance of technology will be known as the golden age in a future of destroyed technology and no internet. The people in the future will refer to it as such when they talk about all the decaying technology that no longer work.
About all the ruins that have used to be buildings because by that time happens, they would have gotten back to living in caves. Do you think that is possible? If the buildings in the future have become ruins, then do you think these old churches even have a chance at this point?
If they actually did and are surviving up to this day, then we hope we could find a way to make a building talk. Because we REALLY want to know about what happened during the forties and how they did things their way. It could be a really good learning experience, you know? Do we certainly like the fact that we now have a secret tactic when there IS a war?
