Spencer whom succumbed to complications related to Bi-Polar disorder. After which, a non-profit named after Mr. Spencer was created, then merged with the Department and Cactus. As such, those working for the program have a great deal of experience with regards to various issues which can effect the overall emotional and physical well being of men.
