You may teach them how to be authentic, being a servant, and knowing what success means and how to achieve this.
The authenticity so that they would have the foundation on how they can develop people as they lead them. They will be needing this since they will be there leading while developing them. They must also possess the servanthood, because before someone becomes a leader he first must be knowledgeable on being a servant.
